We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Centre Director to lead our boutique 30-place preschool in Narooma, NSW. About the Role As Centre Director, you will: Oversee all aspects of centre operations, compliance, and quality standards. Lead, mentor, and inspire a passionate team of educators. Build strong, trusting partnerships with families and the local community. Drive continuous improvement in line with EYLF, NQS, and sector regulations. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child thrives Opportunity to lead a long-standing, well-respected service with an exceeding NQS rating The ability to shape the future of the preschool and its programs -Supportive Committee and engaged families About You Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved). Proven leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting. Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Passion for creating positive team culture and high-quality outcomes for children. Experience writing grant applications and managing building projects Confident using digital tools for documentation and communication Ongoing professional development in governance and financial literacy Experience in NFP and working with First Nations communities Proven ability to engage with a culturally diverse community and nurture meaningful, authentic and sustainable relationships What’s on Offer Lead a small, supportive 30-place service with a strong community reputation.
